We ship across India through trusted courier partners. Most prepaid orders are packed within 1-2 business days.

Metros and major cities: delivery is usually 3-5 business days after dispatch. Other pin codes may take 5-7 business days depending on connectivity.

You will receive tracking on your phone and email once the parcel is handed to the courier. For a smooth drop, please add a complete address, landmark, and a reachable phone number.

Cash on delivery may be offered later. When live, COD can add 1-2 days for verification before dispatch.

We want you to love what you ordered. If something arrives damaged, wrong, or not as described, raise a return or replacement request within the window published in our policy (final dates will be on the site before launch).

Items should be unused, in original packaging, with tags and seals intact. Gift-wrapped orders follow the same rules once the seal is opened.

Refunds or replacements are processed after we receive and inspect the return at our hub. Typical processing is a few business days after the parcel reaches us.
