Returns & exchanges
We want you to be happy with every gift and every order. Here is how returns and exchanges work for retail purchases. Corporate programmes follow the terms in your quote.
Eligibility
- Unused products in original packaging, with tags intact where applicable, within the return window stated at purchase (typically 7–14 days from delivery unless noted otherwise on the product page).
- Defective or wrong items: report within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer box, inner packing, and the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
- Personalised, perishable, or clearance items may be marked non-returnable on the product page—please check before you buy.
How to start a return
- Email hello@trendydesire.com with your order ID and reason.
- We confirm eligibility and share a return address or pickup option.
- Pack items securely. Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the return, usually within 7–10 business days to your original payment method unless we agree otherwise.
Exchanges
Size or colour exchanges depend on stock. We will offer an exchange when the SKU is available, or a refund if it is not. B2B exchanges are handled per your contract—see bulk gifting.
