How fees work
Shipping is calculated from your cart weight, dimensions, and delivery PIN. Free or discounted shipping may apply on retail orders when we run a promotion—any active rule is shown on the product, cart, and checkout pages.
For corporate and bulk orders, we itemise freight in your quote so finance teams can reconcile costs clearly. Corporate gifting
Dispatch and tracking
You receive an order confirmation after payment. When the parcel ships, we send dispatch communication with carrier information where available. Use Track order once live tracking is connected to your account.
If a courier delays a scan, give them a business day—then contact us with your order ID and we will help chase the shipment.
